Cancellation
We accept order cancellations as long as the product has not yet been shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
Returned packages must be properly packed and shipped back using the original shipping method. They must not be damaged or delivered incorrectly. The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank; there is often a processing period before the refund is recorded. If you have completed all these checks and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@laodaseeds.com.
